FAQ Policies

Screen King is committed to providing exceptional service in a timely manner to all of our customers. In order to do that, we have implemented new policies: cancellations and deposits. These policies are stated as below.

Deposits:

Providing deposit guarantees the customer their scheduled time and date, materials secured, and completed services. Deposits are to be paid on the date on signing the estimate, deposits are 10% of your total. 70% is to be paid on completion of job, and the remaining 20% is to be paid once inspection passes. All deposits are non-refundable after Screen King receives signed estimate. Deposits and final payments cannot be refunded, disputed or changed in any manner once received.

Cancellations:

Cancelling a rescreen job within 14 days of your scheduled job date will result in a charge of 30% of your total price estimated. All cancellations need to be made as soon as possible to ensure quality of service for all Screen King customers.
